CSI's Customer Service Drives Expansion into Wisconsin

PADUCAH, Ky. – (August 4, 2009) – Union National Bank and Trust Company in Sparta, Wisconsin, recently signed data processing agreements with Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), a leading provider of integrated banking solutions.

After over 30 years with its former processor, Union National has decided to partner with CSI. “Our former processor uses outdated technology that relies on data silos and a DOS-like interface,” said Randy Jarvis, Union National Compliance Officer.  “We’re looking forward to how CSI’s core applications can provide user-friendly, efficient capture and reporting solutions.  We’re also looking forward to realizing significant savings and benefiting from CSI’s innovative products.”

Aside from CSI’s competitive pricing and second-to-none products, Union National chose CSI over other competitors because of the company’s customer service.  “The attention we’ve already received from CSI shows that they are dedicated to customer service and believe in partnership relationships,” said Jarvis.  “We expect our core processor to treat us the way we treat our customers; it is our impression that CSI does just that.”

CSI is proud to consider Union National not only a customer, but also a partner.  “CSI’s number one goal is to provide community banks with the tools they need to better serve their customers,” said Andy Burkett, CSI Vice President of Sales.  “As we get to know our customers and their needs, we become much more than just another vendor, we become their partner.”

The partnership between Union National and CSI also marks CSI’s first sale in the state of Wisconsin.  “CSI is particularly excited about its partnership with Union National Bank because it gives us the opportunity to expand our geographic footprint and develop additional contacts in the Northern states,” stated Burkett.
