Andy Elliott - Senior Vice President

Andy has corporate-wide responsibility for Customer Services, Corporate Communications, Conversions and Education Services.

He joined CSI in 1980 after four years in the United States Air Force. During his 30-year tenure with CSI he has held positions in Operations, Programming, Telecommunications, EFT, Marketing, Account Management, and Hotline Support Management.

Andy was named Vice President, Customer Services, in 1998, and Senior Vice President in October 2006.

He served as the Integration Manager for CSI's acquisition of First Commerce Technologies in the year 2000.

Andy graduated magna cum laude from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky and is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He was an instructor at the Kentucky Bank Management Institute and chairs CSI's internal school of banking - CSI University.

Andy served as president of the Association of Financial Technology (AFT) where he was a director for four years. For the past decade, he has chaired CSI's annual Customer Conference which attracts hundreds of bankers from across the nation.


Bill Evers - Director of Business Development

Enhancing Communications

Bill is responsible for marketing the CSI Web@Work Information Portal and other eBusiness services. Previous CSI experience includes training and product management for the Teller, Platform, Internet Banking, and Internet Corporate Cash Management products.

Prior to joining CSI, Evers spent over 13 years in banking operations and information systems.

He is a 20-plus year veteran of CSI and holds a B.A. degree in Management Information Systems.


Brent McKown - Product Marketing Manager

Loan Analytics and Asset Quality

Brent McKown, Product Marketing Manager, is directly responsible for the marketing of the CSI's Loans Analytics suite of products. Loans + products include: Credit Adminstration, Collateral Valuation, Loan Budget Tracking, and Risk Management.

He is also responsible for managing enhancements and providing new product direction based on market trends.  He joined CSI in May of 2008 after spending the previous five years in retail business banking and commercial lending with Regions Financial Corporation in the Western Kentucky and Southeast Missouri area. 

Brent is a graduate of Murray State University with a degree in Management and a Masters in Business Administration.


David Culbertson - Vice President of Affiliate Services

David has held various positions in his 20-plus year career at CSI including management of the company’s Internet-based initiatives and security services.  More recently, he has worked with other members of CSI’s senior management team to research new technologies and services and identify the technologies that offer new product opportunities.

David now serves as Vice President of Affiliate Services. In this role, David work with CSI’s affiliate companies on matters related to product and service initiatives and identifying opportunities for new solutions that can be delivered through CSI’s various channels.

David also serves as Chairman of the Corporate Information Security Committee. This committee is comprised of representatives from each affiliate company and has the responsibility of defining the corporate security policies and standards by which the organization operates.

He has a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).


Steve Shoulta - Business & Compliance Analyst

Steve Shoulta, CSI Business & Compliance Analyst, has been with CSI since 1977. He is responsible for monitoring Regulatory Compliance and for supporting the CSI Systems Department’s implementation of changes for regulatory compliance.

He also edits CSI’s “Click! Compliance” newsletter. Shoulta has served CSI as an Operations Manager, Account Manager and as a Systems Project Manager for Loans.

He has a Master of Theological Studies degree from Saint Meinrad School of Theology, an M. S. degree in Organizational Communication and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Murray State University, attended the ABA Bank Compliance School and is an Honors Graduate of the KBA School of Banking.
