CSI Increases Cash Dividend 13.6% to $0.25 Per Share

44th Consecutive Annual Increase in CSI Cash Dividend 

PADUCAH, Ky. – (July 13, 2015) – Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors approved a 13.6% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.25 per share.  The dividend is payable on September 25, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 1, 2015. The quarterly dividend increased from $0.22 per share and represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $1.00 per share on the new rate of $0.25 per share. 

“This dividend marks our 44th consecutive year of increasing our cash dividend and represents a 13.6% increase in our cash dividend compared with the amount paid last year,” stated Chief Executive Officer Steven A. “CSI recently reported record revenues and net income for our first fiscal quarter ending May 31, 2015.
