Banking Executives Explore FinTech Innovations, Best Practices at CSI's Annual Customer Conference
PADUCAH, KY., Oct. 16, 2017 – Computer Services, Inc. CSI Customer Experience 2017, which was held Oct. 9-11, provided attendees with access to educational sessions surrounding top issues affecting the banking industry, live demonstrations of new products and enhancements, and user-centric panels and workshops. The topics discussed ranged from innovations in mobile banking technology to regulatory compliance updates. In addition, attendees had access to solutions showcases on omnichannel banking initiatives and networking events that offered them the opportunity to exchange ideas.

They also learned effective strategies for enhancing their cybersecurity initiatives with knowledge shared by speakers from the FBI and Secret Service.

Attendees also gained insight into creating team culture and pursuing more innovative business strategies with keynote addresses from legendary NFL quarterback Peyton Manning and Peter Sheahan, founder and group CEO of Karrikins Group.
