PADUCAH, Ky. (July 19, 2019) – Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced today that the Audit Committee of CSI’s Board of Directors has selected BKD, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2020.
BKD, LLP was selected by CSI’s Audit Committee following shareholder approval to ratify termination of RSM US LLP (RSM), the Company’s previous independent registered public accounting firm, at the Company’s annual meeting held on July 10, 2019. CSI shareholders also authorized the Audit Committee to engage a new independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2020.
CSI had no disagreements with RSM on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of RSM, would have caused RSM to make reference to the matter in its reports on the Company’s financial statements for each of the fiscal years ended February 28, 2018 and 2019. In addition, RSM’s report on the Company’s financial statements for each of the fiscal years ended February 28, 2018 and 2019 did not contain any adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, and were not modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles.
