Despite our humble beginnings, we’ve always had a vision for the future and a commitment to serving as a strong technology partner. For decades, we prioritized customer service and innovation, and grew to nearly 500 customer banks by the new millennium.
Upon celebrating 50 years of business in 2015, CSI had more than 1,000 employees, thousands of customers nationwide and a full suite of technology solutions.
In recent years, CSI has grown from a regional presence to a national partner known for developing and delivering technology that enables digital transformation, creates secure IT environments and streamlines compliance. We’ve continued to expand our solutions to meet the needs of our customers in a rapidly changing technology landscape and demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Looking Toward the Future
In November 2022, CSI was acquired by private equity firms Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and Bridgeport Partners for $1.6 billion. As a private company, we will continue our history of growth and success with a relentless focus on innovation and unparalleled customer service.

In addition to helping community banks grow, we maintain long-standing partnerships with worldwide brands for our regtech and cybersecurity solutions and are actively expanding our customer base to include top companies in the fintech, MSB and insurance industries.
