How will I know if my application has been received and is being considered for open CSI jobs?

You should receive an auto-reply email from CSI as soon as your application is successfully submitted. Human Resources will contact you should your application be considered favorable by management.

How does the interview process at CSI work?  What can I expect from the process?

Human Resources will first contact applicants with relevant experience. Typically, Human Resources will conduct a short phone interview. Depending on the position, there may also be aptitude tests administered.If after the preliminary interview and applicable testing an applicant remains a potential fit, Human Resources will coordinate an interview with the position’s hiring manager. The hiring manager interview is typically the last step prior to a final decision and potential employment offer.

How will I be notified of a final decision?

Human Resources will contact you either via phone or email with an update on the status of your application as you progress through the interview process.

How should I follow up with CSI?

A Human Resources representative will act as a liaison during the interview process. Please contact the Human Resources representative designated on the job description via email regarding the status of your application. It may take some time to review and screen candidates, so please wait at least one week before following up with Human Resources.

Does CSI reimburse travel expenses for interviews?

Yes. Any legitimate travel expenses associated with an on-site interview will be fully reimbursed by CSI.

Does CSI assist new employees with relocation expenses?

Yes. The amount of assistance will depend on several different factors that will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

How can I find out the budgeted salary ranges for an open position?

Your Human Resources contact will know salary ranges and can relay that information to you.
