Step 1: Select Your fintech
Review the fintech through CSI’s Open Banking Marketplace, evaluating its features and securing internal approvals.

Step 2: Notify CSI Open Banking
Reach out to your Relationship Manager to initiate the activation process for your selected integration.

Step 3: Initiate Activation Project
CSI’s Open Banking team launches a brief project to configure bank-specific credentials, set permissions, and coordinate with the fintech for go-live readiness.

Step 4: Activate and Go Live
Once the configuration is completed, your institution can start using the fintech solution in your live environment.

If you’re interested in a fintech integration not currently listed in the Open Banking Marketplace, follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Select Your fintech
Identify and evaluate your preferred fintech partner, ensuring they align with your institution’s risk and compliance requirements.

Step 2: Connect with CSI Open Banking
Reach out to your Relationship Manager to express your interest in sponsoring the new integration.

Step 3: Initiate Onboarding
CSI’s Open Banking team will handle the contracting and onboarding process, including API Access Agreement completion, technical review, and integration scoping.

Step 4: Begin Integration Development
With contracts finalized, the fintech receives sandbox access and can begin developing and coding using CSI’s APIs.

Step 5: Certify and Launch
Upon successful testing, CSI certifies the integration, enabling your institution to activate and use the fintech solution in your production environment.
