John Blevin
Chief Adminstrative Officer and General Counsel
John Blevin
John Blevin serves as chief administrative officer and general counsel for CSI, leading legal, corporate secretary, compliance and ethics. John also provides leadership for the risk management and internal audit functions. John has more than 19 years of experience advising public companies on product, revenue, corporate development, securities and risk mitigation strategies.
Previously, John served as senior managing counsel for Visa, overseeing and developing the legal function and strategy for Visa Business Solutions and Visa Global Deals. Prior to joining Visa, John was a vice president for First Data Corporation, where he managed First Data’s M&A, joint venture, strategy and venture investment transactions and played a key role in its combination with Fiserv.
Previously in his career, John served as a senior associate with one of the world’s leading law firms, Weil Gotshal, where he advised senior executives of public and private companies on a range of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, securities matters and corporate governance issues. John earned a B.S. from the University of Buffalo and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Troy Bradley
Chief Technology Officer
Troy Bradley
Troy Bradley serves as CSI’s chief technology officer (CTO). In this role, he ensures technology strategy aligns with the needs of the business, CSI’s customers and their customers. He also oversees the company’s network, security and software engineering delivery.
Troy leverages his 35 years of industry experience to develop services and solutions that community and regional banks need to remain competitive in an evolving market. He is motivated by working with CSI’s deep bench of talent and strongly believes in a servant leadership style, supporting employees’ personal and professional growth. Before joining CSI, he was an independent consultant working within the financial services sector and has served in various roles in which he led corporate technology strategy, including corporate vice president and chief information and technology officer at NCR Corporation, executive vice president and global chief technology officer at FIS and chief technology officer at Metavante. He also has experience as a programmer, program manager and systems architect.
Troy has previously served as a board member for several organizations, including the Milwaukee Institute, Inc., Center for Technology Innovation at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the Interactive Financial eXchange Forum and the Industrial Advisory Board, Computer Science Department at the University of Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, biking and supporting canine-related causes. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from DeVry University and has completed advanced coursework toward a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
David Culbertson
President and Chief Executive Officer
David Culbertson
As a board member and CSI’s President and CEO, David Culbertson sets the strategic direction of the company with insight from the executive leadership team. He values CSI’s unique role as a leading technology partner that empowers community banks to compete with the nation’s largest institutions while continuously meeting consumer demands. David has an ambitious vision for CSI’s future and is committed to giving community banks the tools to meet the needs of their customers and enrich their communities.
Having spent his entire career at CSI, David has held numerous leadership positions during his 34-year tenure, including vice president of research and business development, group president of technology services and chief operating officer. Each position provided him with valuable experience and opportunities to embrace empathetic leadership. He recognizes the importance of relationships with both customers and employees, and appreciates individuals’ similarities and differences.
David is a past president and member of the Association for Financial Technology (AFT). An advocate for community service, David is vice chair of the Kentucky Market Board at Bon Secours Mercy Health and a board member for the Carson Center for the Performing Arts. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with family and friends and partaking in outdoor activities, such as hiking, kayaking and boating. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the Wharton School Executive Education program.
Jim Dvorak
SVP of Operations
Jim Dvorak
Jim Dvorak serves as CSI’s senior vice president of operations. In this role, he oversees the overall production environment which operates around the clock, 365 days a year, and these responsibilities include all core banking operations support as well as print and documentation services.
Jim is driven by the people, excitement and diverse challenges faced daily since joining CSI and prides himself on having a customer-first approach to all decisions made within CSI’s operations. He values the differences in people and how they enhance overall organizational culture. Jim has 39 years of industry experience within operations and program management and brings a strong background in financial services and payments through his experience with Metavante and eFunds, which over time joined the FIS solution offering and where he held the senior vice president role for overall service delivery. Prior to joining CSI, Jim led the operations and service delivery organization for NCR Corporation for five years.
Jim is a proud member of the UW-Milwaukee alumni association as well as the Thomas More alumni association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration focused on management information systems and has completed advanced coursework in the master’s program at Keller Graduate School of Management.
Outside of work, Jim cherishes time with his family, which includes his wife, two adult children and two grandsons. He volunteers extensively with his church and the Salvation Army of Milwaukee. Along with his wife, he hosts fundraising events to assist with the Wisconsin Humane Society and Cathedral Center of Milwaukee. Jim is also a sports fanatic and like any true Wisconsinite supports the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee Bucks.
Bob Ezell
Chief Customer Experience Officer
Bob Ezell
Bob Ezell serves as chief customer experience officer for CSI. In his role, Bob oversees all facets of the customer experience, including relationship management, customer support, documentation and education services.
Bob has nearly four decades of experience working closely with financial institution executives on adopting innovative technologies that enhance customer engagement and improve operational performance. He is especially motivated by his opportunities to mentor CSI’s employees as well as partner with customers to ensure their success, often relying on his competitive and collaborative nature to help others achieve their goals.
During his 35 years at CSI, Bob has held various positions inside the company, allowing him to specialize in integrating the user experience into new platforms and helping banks leverage technology to its fullest. Bob is a past director and president of the Association for Financial Technology (AFT) and has served on various product advisory boards for fintech companies as well as the boards for the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce and Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club. He enjoys golfing, sporting activities and spending time with his family. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Murray State University.
Linda Fischer

Linda Fischer
Linda Fischer serves as CSI’s chief operating officer, leading the execution of the company’s strategy, sales, product design and delivery, service quality, and customer engagement and experience, which includes relationship management and customer care, print distribution and production operations.
With more than 35 years of wide-ranging industry experience, Linda holds expertise in sales and business development, profit and loss (P&L) management, product launch and go-to-market strategies, client care and change management. At CSI, Linda actively fosters engagement between customers and internal teams to solve business problems and ensure customers remain competitive in a changing industry landscape.
Prior to joining CSI, Linda served as general manager of the hospitality segment at NCR and led the P&L of this $850 million business, including the strategic focus and day-to-day operations for over 100,000 restaurants globally. Linda also spent more than 25 years with FIS (formerly Metavante), where she served in a variety of roles and managed market share gain, customer retention and the expansion of hundreds of domestic core processing client relationships.
As an active member of her community, Linda serves on the Board of Directors for Sharp Literacy and volunteers for St. Boniface Church and School. Linda is also a member of TEMPO, the largest professional women’s group in Wisconsin, which works to further the impact of women leaders. She loves spending time with her family and attending sporting events in her free time. Linda earned a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin.
Ken Gayron
Chief Financial Officer
Ken Gayron
Ken Gayron serves as CSI’s chief financial officer, providing leadership for the financial operations of the company. In his role, Ken oversees the company’s finance and accounting functions and drives cross-functional support and data to the business, enabling informed decision-making for CSI and its customers.
With more than 25 years of experience in software and technology, Ken has served in senior financial and operational roles for both public and private equity-backed companies. He has a proven record of delivering improvements in cash flow, profitability and enterprise value. Prior to joining CSI, Ken served as chief financial officer for Avid Technology, Numerex Corporation and Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp., roles in which he helped navigate several successful mergers and acquisitions.
Ken believes in serving as a positive change agent for his teams, fostering strong collaboration and cultivating a customer-first culture that embraces profitable growth. He also promotes a growth-oriented mindset and strives to serve others. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, exercising and playing tennis. Ken earned an MBA from Cornell University and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.
Allison Maddock
Chief Product Officer
Allison Maddock
Allison Maddock serves as senior vice president and chief product officer, a role in which she leads CSI’s product management team to create and deliver solutions aligned with CSI’s vision to shape the future of banking. As a member of the executive leadership team, she uses her product management, strategy, operations and technology expertise to advance CSI’s products and services.
With more than 20 years of experience in product management, Allison has built cross-functional teams at multiple organizations, incorporating product, market and user research and design into each team. She believes in fostering a people-first culture and takes pride in how CSI supports local communities. Before joining CSI, Allison managed mortgage lending products at Franklin American Mortgage and Wells Fargo. She also holds product management experience in personal financial education from her time at Ramsey Solutions as well as ServiceMaster, a national home service brands provider.
Allison holds multiple certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) certification and Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt. She also has trained with Silicon Valley Product Group. In her free time, Allison enjoys reading, training her dogs and camping in Tennessee state parks. She earned a marketing degree from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Roxanne E. Martinez

Roxanne E. Martinez
Roxanne Martinez serves as CSI’s chief people officer (CPO). In this role, she leads the organization’s talent strategy, culture and employee experience in order to support a highly engaged workforce. She is accountable for talent acquisition and management, total rewards and recognition, DE&I, employee relations, talent systems and analytics, internal communications and empowering CSI’s Human Resources business partners to successfully implement talent strategies to drive business results and create value.
With over 25 years of experience, Roxanne has enabled complex business and talent transformations and helped leadership teams build and sustain the highest levels of performance. She solves problems through an integrated business and talent lens and works to ensure employees feel engaged, empowered and motivated each day.
Prior to joining CSI in 2023, Roxanne served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer of DentaQuest Ventures, LLC. She also served in several executive HR leadership roles for Liberty Mutual Insurance, leading the talent strategy for some of the company’s largest M&As, divestitures and corporate reorganizations.
Roxanne serves on the board of directors and advisors for multiple organizations, such as the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), Boston’s Dimock Center and the D’Amore-McKim College of Business at Northeastern University in Boston, where she serves as co-chair. She is also a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA).
Roxanne has received numerous accolades during her career, including being acknowledged several times as one of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in the U.S. by ALPFA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, attending concerts, and engaging in several sporting activities, including soccer and Pilates. Roxanne received a B.A. in politics from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
Giovanni Mastronardi

Giovanni Mastronardi
Giovanni Mastronardi serves as CSI’s chief revenue officer (CRO). In his role, Gio provides strategic leadership for the company’s sales and revenue-generating teams, driving both new sales and cross-sales for all of CSI.
Gio holds more than 25 years’ experience in managing and growing subscription-based revenue around financial services technology. Driven by his commitment to quality and efficiency, he has a proven record of generating successful results while working collaboratively with departments across CSI. He enjoys working with his team to solve problems for community banks, empowering them to stay competitive.
Prior to taking the role of CRO, Gio served as an advisor with Bridgeport Partners and as CSI’s group president for Enterprise Banking. In his free time, Gio enjoys bike riding and traveling. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Nick Reising
SVP of Corporate Development
Nick Reising
As senior vice president of corporate development, Nick Reising manages CSI’s inorganic growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions as well as integration. He also oversees a component of the company’s organic growth strategy.
Before joining CSI in 2023, Nick managed corporate development and strategy at Kaleris, PDI Technologies and NCR Corporation and has closed more than 50 transactions across three continents. Nick leverages his 12 years of industry experience to help CSI innovate and grow and is committed to shaping the future of banking by working alongside a great team to build the premier financial partner for community and regional banks. He is always willing to act when needed and enjoys achieving shared goals with his colleagues.
He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Technology Executives Roundtable (TER) and Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and volunteers for Special Needs Cobb and the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Nick also enjoys spending time with his family, wakeboarding, snowboarding and attending track events at Road Atlanta. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Steve Sanders
Chief Risk Officer and Chief Information Security Officer
Steve Sanders
Steve Sanders serves as CSI’s chief risk officer and chief information security officer. In his role, Steve leads enterprise risk management and other key components of CSI’s corporate compliance program, including privacy and business continuity. He also oversees threat and vulnerability management as well as information security strategy and awareness programs. With more than 15 years of experience focused on cybersecurity, information security and privacy, he employs his strong background in audit, information security and IT security to help board members and senior management gain a command of cyber risk oversight.
Steve is a CISA, CRISC, CRMA and CTGA and is trained in Financial Auditing, Risk Assessment Development, Bank Secrecy Act, GLBA, and various IT Audit programs. He is a 2003 graduate of Murray State University, earning a degree in Telecommunications Systems Management, with an emphasis in eSecurity.
Tara Schultz

Tara Schultz
Tara Schultz serves as senior vice president of Strategy at CSI. In this role, she develops corporate strategies to accelerate revenue growth through new products, partnerships and acquisitions. She holds more than 15 years of experience in the fintech and financial services industry through her time at Wells Fargo and CSI. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing strategic partnerships, Tara is a results-driven leader who is passionate about customer choice, user experience and helping financial institutions differentiate, diversify and compete through fintech.
Prior to this role, she led a team that focused on modernizing and expanding CSI’s API infrastructure, growing fintech partnerships to widen choices for CSI financial institutions and expanding CSI’s solutions into new markets—including healthcare—to benefit both CSI and community financial institutions as sponsor banks. Tara earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and holds executive leadership certificates from Washington University in St. Louis and Harvard University.
Jennifer Werner
Chief Marketing Officer
Jennifer Werner
Jennifer Werner serves as CSI’s chief marketing officer, leading brand awareness, go-to-market strategy and public relations initiatives. Jennifer joined CSI in 2019 and has 28 years of experience in conceiving, developing, implementing and driving B2B and B2C marketing strategies within financial services, payments and healthcare industries.
With a demonstrated history of building and managing large-scale marketing initiatives within fast-paced, entrepreneurial organizations, Jennifer uses her experience to continually elevate the CSI brand and convey how the company makes a difference in the community banking space. She believes in creating an environment that encourages collaboration while challenging her team to think differently and test assumptions to achieve the best outcomes.
Jennifer values helping others develop their talents to become the best versions of themselves, both personally and professionally. She serves on the Professionals Customer Experience Advisory Board for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and the Columbia State Business Advisory Board. She is also a member of CMO Club Council and enjoys volunteer opportunities with her church and Alive Hospice. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jennifer earned a degree in marketing and organizational communications from Lipscomb University.
