Nancy Langer serves as CSI’s chief executive officer, leading the organization’s strategic direction with insight from the executive team and customers. With over 35 years of industry expertise, Nancy has a proven track record of driving growth and digital transformation in financial technology organizations.
Before joining CSI, Nancy was the CEO of Transact Campus, which was acquired by Roper Technologies in 2024 and merged with CBORD, a Roper portfolio company. She then served as the CEO of the merged company of Transact Campus and CBORD, the leader in integrated payments, ID and security solutions, and campus commerce technology for higher education, healthcare, and senior living campuses.
Prior to Transact, Langer led CoreLogic’s largest division, Real Estate Tax and Payments. During her tenure, she grew the division’s revenue by more than 50% and was instrumental in CoreLogic’s successful exit sale to StonePoint Capital and Impact Partners. She also spearheaded the company’s largest transformation initiative, delivering an industry-leading digital platform that dramatically enhanced client and consumer experience while improving efficiency and productivity.
Nancy’s extensive background also includes leadership roles at Metavante and FIS, where she served as chief product officer and executive vice president and was responsible for enterprise-wide products, strategy, R&D and partner equity investments. She is considered an early pioneer in digital banking and online bill payment, having launched and led the consumer bill payment business at Metavante, growing it to serve more than 1,500 financial institutions worldwide.
Her accolades include “EdTech CEO of the Year” by EdTech magazine in 2025, “Change Agent of the Year” by Women in Payments in 2024, and “Top 50 Women of Influence” by HousingWire Magazine in 2018 and 2019. She has served on the board of Royal Bank of Canada U.S. and serves on the board of directors for Nomis Solutions.
Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is a graduate of the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management executive leadership certificate program.
